I have diverse leadership experience as a health services professional with significant accomplishments in all aspects of pharmacovigilance, clinical development, medical affairs, regulatory affairs, primary health care, project management & international health programs. I have vast experience of working in diverse therapeutic areas including rare diseases, novel preventive & therapeutic vaccines, monoclonal antibodies, cardiovascular, oncology, neurology, nosocomial diseases, generic and OTC medicines. I am currently working as Disease Area Cluster Lead for Biosimilars & Drug Delivery Devices at Pfizer. Currently Pfizer has the largest biosimilars portfolio in the industry that includes projects on Inflammation, Oncology, Hematology, ophthalmology etc. My past experience includes working as Associate vice president PV and Therapeutic Area Head (Rare Diseases) for Sanofi Genzyme, working as Senior Director & Director for vaccines PV at Sanofi Pasteur, working as Medical Consultant for Apotex Inc Canada. Prior to joining industry I had worked as Joint Executive Director for Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (PIMS), Registrar of the Post graduate medical institute PIMS and as Deputy Director General, Ministry of Health Pakistan. I have also worked on various primary healthcare, public health, health planning & development programs as well World food, UNICEF, WHO & JICA assisted programs on drug safety, emergency preparedness, and primary healthcare.

Biography
Swamy K B has been awarded with PhD by Andhra University, his Master’s Degree MS (in Clinical Anatomy) from Andhra Medical College, D M C h (Maternal & Child Health) from IGNOU, New Delhi, his Medical Degree (MBBS) in 1976, from SV University, India. He has expertise in multi medical disciplines, Human Genetics, Reproductive Health & Developmental Anatomy and in Herbal Medicine. He has been the genetic counsellor for many Medical institutions. He possess prestigious grants FRGS,URGS from Malaysia, he has conducted researches on Herbal Medicine and Diabetes, “Brain size and Intelligence Quotient (IQ)â€, He has been the former founder Anatomist, Professor and Head for many Medical Schools in India as well as in Malaysia. He is an International Editorial Board Member for many reputed journals like Anatomical Society of India (ASI). Recently he has been unanimously elected as an Executive Board Member for ASI and an Organizing Committee Member for the upcoming 8th World Congress on Toxicology at Dubai, UAE “9th Euro-Global Summit to be held at Paris and 11th International Congress on Toxicology and Risk Management to be held at October 10-12, 2017 in London, UK.

Biography
After completion of his postdoctoral training at University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Dr. Gautam Sethi joined Department of Pharmacology, Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore in 2008 as an Assistant Professor and was promoted to Associate Professor in 2015. The focus of his research over the past few years has been to elucidate the mechanism (s) of activation of oncogenic transcription factors such as NF-kB/STAT3 by carcinogens and inflammatory agents and the identification of novel inhibitors of these proteins for prevention of and therapy for cancer. His group has identified numerous small molecules from natural sources that can suppress various pro-tumorigenic signaling cascades involved in cancer initiation and promotion. The findings of his research work have so far resulted in more than one fifty scientific publications in high impact factor peer reviewed journals and several international awards. He currently serves as an Academic Editor for prestigious PLOS One journal and on the editorial board member of several journals including Scientific Reports and Frontiers in Pharmacology
